Samuel Amsterdam is an advanced advocacy and strategic media engagement professional with corporate and political council experience in London, Brussels, Washington, D.C., and Toronto. He worked previously in the private sector in public relations and corporate and media relations.
In Brussels, Samuel represented key clients in cardiovascular healthcare and coordinated milestone events with EU Members of Parliament, honored delegates and international journalists. In Toronto, he spearheaded online engagement for GCI Group and corporate social responsibility endeavors for the Toronto-Dominion Bank.
Samuel has additionally managed day-to-day marketing operations of international social enterprises, such as Families USA, the Arcadia Foundation, and 1MinutedtoSavetheWorld. Concurrently, he acted as new media counsel and directed website design and online outreach for government relations consultancies in Eurasia, the Myutiq business innovation corporation, former Russian State Duma Deputy Ashot Egiazaryan and on behalf of Betty Bigombe in her role with the Ugandan Parliament.
